I must start by saying that the price/value is bar none! Comes with so many attachments for all of your design needs! However… Directions for use are very cryptic. I had to go online and find videos of people using similar products to get any guidance for use, and the temperature does not go all the way up to desired levels. It gets the job done, but takes some finessing. It’s great for a first-time crafter’s experience or sporadic projects, but would not recommend for bulk orders or mass production.I bought another heat press (CRAP) so I did a little more research. This one has a 'safety' connection and the wires are well insulated so they are not exposed (like the other heat press). The mug press makes a snug fit for making sublimation cups. Am VERY happy with the quality, workmanship and overall look of this heat press. After the disappointment with the 'other piece of crap heat press', I am VERY happy with the performance of this machine, so far. (Note - I have only used the mug/cup press so far but it is so much better than the other one I bought. Will come back after some time if this machine is disappointing.) As of now, I would recommend this heat press. Gave it 4 stars because there were no instructions in the box. I contacted the company and they sent a link for two 'educational' videos which seemed they were mostly for marketing - showing what the machine looked like and showing setting the time, etc. However, no real detailed instructions on "how to" set the temperature or times, etc.I love the way it is easy to put together and easy to use..I'm bought in November and just started using it and the mug press on worked yesterday it does not heat anymore only made 2 mugs so upset touch money for it to have gone out.fast shipping. all parts and manual was there. though I did find the prints they gave to be a bit insulting...Esta plancha calienta perfecto ha sido una excelente inversion es super facil de usarThis machine is an Amazing investment .
