I have a 32D chest size and it was a little snug with a small. I would suggest sizing up if you have a larger chest as it tends to be more flattering a little bit looser. The asymmetrical cut and the length on the arms is incredibly flattering and thin enough to wear over a sports bra with leggings for the gym. Perhaps too thin to wear out with a bra just to a Target.
